Our Story
Empowering young people from across regional Australia through education and career support
Country Education Foundation’s (CEF) network of local foundations across the country are run by community volunteers with a passion for seeing rural and regional youth succeed.
CEF helps Australian rural and regional youth aged between 16 and 25 access post school education, training and employment through grants, scholarships, support services and resources.
Students who live in or attend school with a local foundation (currently 49 across Australia) are eligible to apply for a grant that they can put towards education expenses, such as accommodation, technology and tools.
Our Mission
To foster the further education, career and personal development opportunities of rural and regional youth, through community-based encouragement and financial assistance.
